I have used their service to remove about 100 limbs high up trees near our cottage roof . They came on a Saturday morning that included heavy rain all morning . Despite the weather they climbed up the trees and safely removed and lowered the branches to the ground . His crew are a very youthful and fit group of fellows . Kahshe Boat Works has been taking car of our 30-year old Larson for the last few years. They pick it up at the dock in October and put it back in the water in the spring. When we arrived last weekend it was in the water at our dock. Perfectly clean, engine strong and runs as good as new and everything works including the gauges. Before Kahshe, we were going to get rid of the boat, but apparently there are a few good years left in it!
We moved over to Kahshe Boatworks a few years ago after bad experiences with some other marinas. Chad has done some renovations on the Larson including the engine and a new floor. Boat is running better than it has for many years.

The fire ban signs you may notice on our lake roads are being maintained and updated by a group of volunteers. Please be aware however that our volunteers may not always get signs up in time or at all or change them, when a fire ban is put in effect or changed. Significant fines and other consequences can result from any breach of a fire ban, and it is still your responsibility to be aware of the actual status of fire bans, even when there are no signs up.
